    • On July 7, 2004, during an interrogation, Abdullah Tohtasinovich Magrupov, reported to [redacted] that he was physically abused by a guard on or about July 5, 2004. Mr. Magrupov alleged that while waiting to receive water at the watering point with several other detainees, a guard kicked him twice in the middle of his back, causing him to fall forward and land on his face and hands. The detainee stated he was not harmed, but cried during the interrogation.
